Think Fungi Ottawa, ON
Our purpose is to help people discover the fantastical world of fungi. Whether identifying wild mushrooms in our forests and parks, or cultivating them at home, Think Fungi is there to help. We offer in person, and online, workshops, courses, and outings all in the name of fungi! As the glue that holds the world together, we all ought to know so much more than we do about fungi, and we look forward to helping you along your journey. We host a number of events ourselves, from online webinars to in-person forest walks, and everything in between. We love curating activities for various groups, and have worked with a number of local, national and international groups to deliver educational content in the format of choice. Our most popular activity is our forest identification walk, which we offer to private groups, or you can join one of our public outings. However we are happy to conduct any activity on any aspect of mushrooms from child-friendly programming up to a much more scientific format.
